The new FRE 1.5 store design incorporates a variety of customer service spaces for flexible client interactions, including four consult spaces over four desks, two privacy booths and a four-seater recharge table. Not to mention, the remarkably inviting and fresh feel of the store.
The redesigned Telstra store features several customer service spaces, providing flexibility for interactions and service capacity. In addition, the store's refreshing ambiance including the new Earth and Sky palette is sure to be a hit with customers.
The shopfront is adorned with the new Earth and Sky coloured signage, combined with the signature stone tiling. The front-of-house layout sports a double POS counter, a low-lying gondola, four consult workstations, a privacy booth and an accessory wall, making the space both open and inviting.
Previously trading as a T Life pop-up store has now been refreshed with the lighter and brighter FRE 1.5 store experience. With five customer advisory areas, four tech desks and one booth to help with both the customers and employees experience.
The new store design consists of a variety of customer services including six consult spaces spread over four desks, including a fresh feel that customers will love.
The new FRE 1.5 store design optimises the space by dramatically increasing accessory spaces, including the Gondola display unit. A total of six consult desk spaces and one privacy booth is included for different customer demographics.
